Boiling shrimp with Cilantro to boost nicotine detox, also adds a delightful “fresh” flavor to the shrimp. Shrimp is high in good minerals like selenium, phosphorous and zinc!
Just add fresh slices to filtered water and chill overnight. So delicious!!! You can also add english cucumber slices, or use with sparkling waters like spindrifts - pineapple sparkling (my fave).

Saute ginger and garlic first in sesame or olive oil. Then add broth and noodles, add scallion, jalapeno and sriracha last. This is so yummy and healthy.

Also eat things you love - even if it’s just half of burger. We shouldn’t punish ourselves because we are quitting smoking.
